Both the upward and downward communication strategies are able to enhance the efficiency of operations. In addition, through the proper communication channel, the employees are able to enhance their working ra te. In addition, active listening is a key issue which the employees and employer must possess. This ensures that the different issues, which are able to arise at their site, are well addressed.
